Casa Soseco is a hidden gem in Romania, offering a cozy and peaceful retreat in the midst of nature. Our room had a lovely terrace with a garden view, perfect for relaxing with a cup of tea. The hosts, while not fluent in English, were incredibly welcoming and their son was always ready to assist. The property is well-maintained, with charming rural aesthetics and a communal outdoor kitchen where we could prepare meals. We enjoyed stargazing from the backyard hammocks, away from the hustle and bustle of town.Our stay was filled with outdoor activities, from hiking to fishing in the nearby area. The amenities in the room, including a flat-screen TV and a private bathroom, provided all the comfort we needed. I particularly appreciated the option to order food from local catering restaurants, making our dining experience hassle-free.Located a convenient distance from the Rock Sculpture of Decebalus, Casa Soseco is a serene haven for those seeking a peaceful getaway. The free private parking and various room configurations, some with balconies or river views, cater to different preferences. This eco-friendly guesthouse is a fantastic choice for travelers exploring the Carpathian Mountains by car, offering a harmonious blend of comfort, nature, and warm hospitality.
